SUMMER SHRED is a 4-week program designed to sculpt your muscles to make you feel and look strong for the summer!
Take the guessing out of your workouts! Summer Shred will provide you with a month of guided strength workouts that you can do at your own pace in your own gym!
There are 4 workouts per week and each takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete.

SUMMER SHRED INCLUDES…
01 — Daily Workouts using my app!
Working out has never been so easy! Every week (for 4 weeks) you will receive 4 in-app workouts that each take 45-60 minutes to complete.
Each workout includes a videos of each exercise, written instructions, recommended number of sets and reps, and an area for you to track your progress.
Not into apps? No worries, there’s a desktop version too!
02 — Flexibility
Although the program is 4 weeks long, you will be given 2 months to complete it! This means you can go on vacation AND finish the program!
You also have the flexibility to reschedule your workouts for different days and even add in additional movement activities for better workout tracking!
03 — Communication with Me
During the 4 week program you can easily input your personal results, and record a video of yourself doing the exercise (so I can offer corrections). If you have questions, simply ask me through the in-app messaging system! Not into apps? No worries, there’s a desktop version too!

There are 4 strength training workouts per week: Day 1 is Upper Body, Day 2 is Lower Body, Day 3 is Upper Body (different exercises), and Day 4 is Lower Body (different exercises). Each workout includes Core exercises.
Some exercises are in the form of supersets, some are sets & reps, and some are circuits. Most are 3 sets.
You can do the workouts one day after another or separate them with rest days. Simply go into the app and move them around.
Note: the program only includes the workouts. Your warmup and cool down is on your own.

You will receive 4 workouts per week for 4 weeks. Each workout will take 45-60 minutes to complete.

When you register for Summer Shred, you will receive an email with login instructions.
Simply create a login, sign the waiver, and your first workout will be there for you!
You can use the in-app messaging system to communicate with me if you have any questions.

This program requires the use of equipment typically found in gyms including a squat rack, bench press, leg press, cable machine, abductor/adductor machine, and dumbbells.

From the day you sign up you will have access to the program for 2 months. This allows you plenty of flexibility for summer travel!
Simply go into the app, press "Schedule", click on the workout, and press "Reschedule" to move the workout to a different day.

If you weight trained in the past and are looking to get back into it, then this is a great program for you!
If you are brand new to exercise, I would first meet with a certified personal trainer to show you proper form before embarking on an online program. :)

Since you will be receiving the entire program up front I offer no refunds. However, if you are having trouble with any of the exercises, you can communicate with me through the in-app messaging system and I can help you out! I believe there is always a solution to any problem. :)
